About Destination Nuclear
Launched in 2024, Destination Nuclear is the first national, sector-wide initiative dedicated to recruiting, retaining and upskilling the workforce needed to support the growth of the civil and defence nuclear sectors. We bring together government, industry and education partners to close critical skills gaps and build a sustainable talent pipeline for the future.
The UK has set out ambitious plans to secure clean energy for the future and support national defence through nuclear power. Achieving this ambition will require thousands of skilled people across a wide range of professions. Destination Nuclear exists to connect this talent with opportunity.
